Lemon Myrtle is a tree that grows naturally in the Australian coastal regions like Queensland and New South Wales. Despite its citrus scent and flavour, Lemon Myrtle is not acidic, giving it a wide range of options when used to enhance or complement a meal. It is high in antioxidants. It is high in minerals like calcium, zinc and magnesium, and has a healthy helping of vitamins A and E. Lemon Myrtle makes a great herbal infusion on its own or added to your favorite green or black tea. It can be served hot or cold.
