Oxidation turns the leaves from green to deep red and gives a slightly sweet note. Sweet ripe pears marry well with premium rooibos. Reddish orange to full color. Rooibos, Apple pieces, and Natural flavours. The slightly tart, highly adaptable flavour of Italian pears is perfectly complimented by their high nutrient content. Rooibos is high in antioxidants and vitamins. The fruit is high in fiber, vitamin c, potassium and folic acid. The sweet profile of pear blends with the mellow character of a South African Rooibos. The cup is fresh, with herbaceous notes and lively hints of pear.
Bring water to a boil. 1 tsp per 6 oz cup. Infuse for 4-5 minutes.
