Cup is light with exotic mandarin sweetness. The orange peel imparts a natural flavour. Enjoy the benefits of Pu-erh infused with mandarin. The orange peels are flash dried under high heat to sterilize the peels, filled with un-oxidized tea, then allowed to oxidize and ferment. The orange peel is not intended for consumption.
Bring water to a boil. 1 tsp per 6 oz cup. Infuse for 5 - 6 minutes. Separate the peel from the tea. Infuse the tea only.
