The character of this Young Pu-erh is best described as elemental. It has musty, earthy characteristics and a full-mouth feel. Young Pu-erh is often blended with chrysanthemum buds to achieve a softer, mellow flavour. The antioxidant level is medium. The caffeine level is medium.
Bring water to a boil. 1 tsp per 6 oz cup. Infuse for 3 - 5 minutes. Multiple infusions possible.
