Four Season Oolong (wu long tea) is a varietal grown in the Alishan (Mount Ali) tea region of Taiwan. Alishan is one of Taiwans most famous tea growing areas. The rich soil combined with the daily fog produce ideal conditions for growing tea. Four Season Oolong is a high mountain tea which has been hand-picked and hand processed by traditional methods. It has an excellent smooth sweet taste and pleasing colour. A spectacular Taiwanese Oolong. Delicate, fragrant, well balanced with a long finish.
Bring water to 160 to 180F. 1 tsp per 6 oz cup. Infuse for 4 minutes.
