This aged black tea (15 years) is known for it's medicinal properties. It has musty, earthy characteristics and a full mouth-feel. Increased aging delivers a wonderfully smooth taste. Shows it's maturity in the cup.
Bring water to a boil. 1 tsp per 6 oz cup. Infuse for 5 - 6 minutes. Multiple infusions are possible.
